mothers' day

yesterday, it was mother's day!!! (which i have totally forgotten about it)
it happens on the 2nd Sunday of May. (quite easy to remember)

so whats so great about mother;s day??
it is the day where you would be thanking your mother for all the hard work that she have done for you, all the countless sleep that she had gone through and all the meaningless yet meaningful nagging that she had done.

most people would be thanking their mother for those actions.
but i knew quite a number of them that actually take this opportunity to gain "likes" on their facebook.

these people would be posting about how much their mother had done for them and how much they love their mother and how great their mother is.
i mean do you have to tell everyone including strangers about how great and how much you love your mother.
is not like your mother would be checking your facebook post so that she would know you love.
come on don't you have a mouth to say it or you don't have a phone to call your mother that you love her.

everyone knows you love your mother!!
in fact everyone loves their own mother!!
you don't have to announce it to the whole world to know!!

also, i bet that most of the things you said on the facebook didn't really being said personally to your own mother.
i know your purpose there.
so please stop.
no one wants to know in fact, i would prefer that you didn't announce it to the whole world but your own mother only.
she the one that needs to know how much your love her and how great she is.

so, happy belated mother's day to all the mothers in the world!! ^_^
